Chris Adams

Chris is a Portfolio Manager for Infinity Asset Management with over 30 years of experience in financial markets, and a successful track record as a senior portfolio manager at two major asset management businesses. He is the lead Portfolio Manager for Infinity’s small/mid cap Aust equity offering and is also responsible for individual stock research as well as the provision of relevant financial market insights and updates to its investor base.

Prior to joining Infinity Asset Management, Chris was at Fairview Equity Partners where he led the formation and development of this firm. This included the initial deal with NAB, the formation of the business and the growth in funds under management from >10M to over 600M. He also helped design the process and stock selection framework at Fairview that provided for industry leading performance, exceptional fund ratings and numerous industry awards.

Prior to Fairview he was a portfolio manager at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Chris was an investment manager across a variety of equity products and he also developed and founded the GSAM Premier Equities Fund. Chris finished his career there as the portfolio manager for the GSAM Emerging Companies Fund.

Chris is a Director of the Scare Coeur Foundation Board as well as being on the advisory Board of Global Founders Funds Management
